STUFFED EGGS

STUFFED EGGS

This was our Sunday´s appetizer, people get up late and they are starving by the time the sit at the table. So while I´m giving my final touch to our lunch, they can enjoy something quick and tasty.

INGREDIENTS
6 eggs (I´ve used only 5 today)
4 tbsp of mayonaise
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika to garnish

METHOD
Boil the eggs for 12 minutes, remove from hot water, cool and peel. Cut eggs in half, remove their yolks and place them in a bowl.

Chop the celery and the onion.

Mash the egg yolks and mix them together with the mayonaise, the mustard and the honey. Season.

Stuff the egg white halves with the egg yolk mixture.

I´ve decorated them with an olive oil, but you can put whatever you like, a dollop of mayonaise, some onion or anything.

Sprinkle eggs with paprika.

DONE!
